At EzyDog, we want you and your canine companion to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, brand-new condition with all tags attached and free of any pet hair or odors.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
